What kind of fuel mileage can you get in a Ram 1500?

Fuel efficiency is a critical factor in a world of increased fuel prices. The 2018 Ram 1500 has three different engines with three different fuel economy ratings. As usual, the engines that produce the least power get the best fuel mileage while increased power costs at the pump.

The 3.6-Liter V-6 engine is the standard engine for the 2018 Ram 1500. Generating 305-horsepower and 269 lb.-ft. torque this engine gets 17 mpg in the city and 25 mpg highway. The more powerful 5.7-Liter V-8 HEMI engine sacrifices some fuel economy for the extra power generated. It uses gasoline at 15 mpg city and 22 mpg highway. The clean-burning 3.0-Liter EcoDiesel engine averages 20 mpg city and 27 mpg highway.

Come to Parker-McGill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to select the engine and fuel economy for your Ram 1500 that your lifestyle demands.
